ABOUT AJR GROUP

The AJR Group is a second-generation family owned manufacturing platform, started in 1997 and based in St. Charles and West Chicago, IL (adjacent western suburbs of Chicago.)

The company has experienced rapid growth in successive years and continues to expand its production capabilities. The company employs over 350 people and runs two production shifts, five to six days a week, to meet the ever-evolving needs of its customers.

One of the foundational elements of the company’s culture is built around lasting relationships. Most of our customers have been with the company since its inception. We strive to exceed expectations, be relentlessly responsive, highly competitive with our pricing and nothing short of industry best with our production quality and lead-time.

The company operates three business units serving distinctly different markets: industrial filtration, the medical device community, and the consumer products space.

In 2020, our filtration business operation expanded with the opening of a new 150,000 sq. ft. filtration headquarters in West Chicago, IL. The other divisions are supported via the St. Charles, IL corporate office and state-of-the-art 180,000 sq. foot ISO 13485:2016 certified manufacturing plant inaugurated in 2016. Operational core competencies include: industrial cutting and sewing, pleating, screen printing, welding, foam fabrication and more. Our engineering and quality teams help concept and refine products often in conjunction with our customers’ product development teams.
